Step 1 Survey and gather the items you need digitally converted. Fill out our Worksheet Form to get an idea of how many items you need converted, and an estimated cost.

The form can be filled out online, or downloaded to your computer. The form is in PDF format so you will need a PDF Reader. We recommend the Foxit® PDF Reader, the Nuance® PDF Reader, or the Adobe® Reader®.

Step 2 E-mail, or call us to setup an appointment to come to your house.

Use the form below to setup a specific time that you would like the van to come to your home. You can also call, or e-mail us if you have any additonal questions about our service. Make sure you have filled out the Worksheet Form before you setup your appointment. If you have not filled out the worksheet we will fill it out while we are making your appointment.

Step 3 We come to your home and digitally convert your items.

We will try to convert most of your items in our van at your home. If we cannot finish converting your items at your home we will bring them back to our facility for conversion, and return them back to your home.
